Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the services, platforms, applications, and any related offerings (“Services”) provided by ________ Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”). By using the Services, you (“User”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
01. Acceptance of Terms

Users who do not agree with these Terms must discontinue the use of the Services immediately.
02. Eligibility and User Accounts
a) Only persons legally competent to contract may use the Services.
b) Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
c) Users are accountable for all activities carried out through their accounts.
d) The Company may refuse, suspend, or terminate any User account in cases of non-compliance, fraud, misuse, or security concerns.
03. Permitted Use
Users shall use the Services strictly for lawful, authorized, and legitimate purposes.
Users shall not engage in activities that may disrupt, damage, or compromise the Services or infringe upon the rights of other users.
Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorized access, bypassing security features, data scraping, reverse engineering, or introducing malicious code.
04. User Content & IP
a) Users retain ownership of any content uploaded or submitted through the Services (“User Content”).
b) By submitting User Content, Users grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and use such content solely for providing the Services.
c) All intellectual property, trademarks, software, designs, and proprietary material belonging to or licensed to the Company remain its exclusive property.
05. Third-Party
Company is not liable for policies, content, security, or practices of incorporated third-party services.
06. Fees & Taxes
Users agree to pay all disclosed fees, service charges, and applicable taxes in a timely manner.
07. Privacy

08. Termination
a) Access may be suspended for breach of Terms, law, fraud, or system risks.
b) Termination does not affect accrued rights or surviving clauses.
09. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services provided “as is” and “as available.” Company does not warrant uninterrupted access, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
a) Not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
b) Aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
Users shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising from misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Chennai, India.
